Speaker 1:

Hello rich woman, what a treat I have for you today. So you may have heard me on Instagram or even on this podcast singing from the rooftops about hypnosis. And it is official I am officially certified as a hypnotherapist. I've had several, several practice sessions now with clients. It has been so incredible and literally I said to my husband the other day I was like I got to stop doing these sessions in the evening because I have had a few sessions in the evenings and I go to bed and I'm just buzzing with energy and excitement and my mind's going a mile a minute in the best way and then I can't sleep. So no more evening sessions for me for a little while until my brain calms down with all its excitement around hypnosis.

Speaker 1:

But in today's episode, not only am I going to kind of debunk hypnosis because I know so many people out there are like, oh, it kind of freaks me out. Or like, is this some like woo shit? Like what are we doing here? Or like you may have some misconception of it of like you know this, this creepy guy up on stage is going to, you know, spin a wheel in front of your eyes and make you go to sleep. None of that is true, and what we're going to do at the end of this episode today is I'm actually going to guide you through a guided visualization, which is a form of hypnosis, where you are going to uncover what's stopping you from making more money, because I know that you're probably familiar with money blocks, which are limiting beliefs that prevent money from coming to us and in our lives, and I'm going to explain a little bit more about that later in that podcast episode.

Speaker 1:

But you may be working really hard. You may be doing all the quote unquote right things, or maybe you're not like. Maybe you know that you're not doing the right things, but you want to and you're like what? Like I know what I want to do and what I need to do. Why the hell am I not doing it? It's kind of like procrastination for me is something that I've worked on a lot over the years and come up with techniques and ways to motivate myself or get my butt in gear. But when I do procrastinate, it's like, emily, you know you can just do this now. Like, why are you putting this off? Or like why are you all of a sudden needing to clean out your closet Right Instead of doing the thing. Just go do the thing, woman. So it's like we're in conflict with our own mind. And so, if you feel like you're in conflict with your own mind, we're going to do a really incredible guided visualization at the end of this episode, where you're going to uncover what's subconsciously blocking you from growth, from making more money, and not only that, but at the end, feel really amazing about money and really install some new beliefs around money, and then you're going to go on about your day and feel amazing. So, if you're up for it, stick around and let's do this.

Speaker 1:

Hello and welcome to the Money and Miracles podcast with me, emily King. We call ourselves Rich Women over here because we are all about living the rich woman life inside and out. We take the taboo out of talking money and we say yes to our desires, and each week, I'll be bringing you a dose of money, mindset and relatable life stories so you can go out into the world and live your best freaking life. Let's do this, rich woman. Okay, so let's just start with a very basic question of what is hypnosis. If you've never experienced it before, if you've never done it before, you want to know what is this hypnosis thing all about.

Speaker 1:

What's Emily talking about? Well, hypnosis, in a very simplistic definition, is a relaxed state of awareness, so you can think of it kind of like when you're in the shower. That is actually a natural form of hypnosis, and I'm going to use the word hypnosis and trance interchangeably they both mean the same thing and you go into a state of trance when you get in the shower because it's a very like routine thing for most people and that's why you also get really creative ideas, and I call them downloads or intuitive hits, when you're in the shower, because your conscious mind is kind of shutting off and you're going into the theta brainwave state, where you're relaxed, you're kind of in daydream mode and you just feel really good. Right, who doesn't love a good shower? So it's a natural state that you have probably experienced in your life thousands of times without even being aware of it, and it's it's based on there's there's four brainwave states of the brain and I'm not going to get too sciencey on you here, but basically the the most active brainwave state is beta, and that's what you're probably in now.

Speaker 1:

Unless you're driving, you might not be in beta, but if you're, I like to think of beta as busy, beta busy, the busy state of our mind, where that's the state of brainwave state you're in when you're anxious or stressed, or you know you're getting through that to-do list for the day. You're rushing out the door, what have you? It's the active state of mind and you know, they literally measure this. They put, you know, electrodes on your brain and they can measure the frequency of it, and so that's the kind of top layer, if you will. The next level is alpha, but we go in hypnosis one level deeper, which is theta, the theta brainwave state, which is that state right before you go to sleep or right after you wake up, and it is that you're still conscious, like you're not asleep, but you're just like, oh, it's like you just want everyone to leave you alone. And it's like if somebody were to say, all right, get up now, we've got to go, you'd be like, no, you know, it's a really relaxed state of awareness, so you're not unconscious. It's not like if a fire alarm goes off, you're not going to hear it and you know anything like that and once again think of it like the shower, or when you're driving. Or, oh, my goodness.

Speaker 1:

So my two and a half year old Zoe if she is watching Peppa Pig and I say Zoe, zoe, zoe, oh my God, good luck to me. It is like she is in the zone of Peppa Pig and it is like wild how zoned in she is. She's in the theta brainwave state. She's aware she'll eventually hear me and kind of like snap out of it. But she is so in the zone and that's also why when we watch movies or like a really good show, um, you can get quite emotional or quite scared, right. You really feel the feelings, even though the conscious mind knows none of this is true. These are all paid actors. There's a whole crew behind them with lighting and sound and all the things and camera folks, and we know consciously none of that is true. But movies and shows are created in such a way that they get us really like involved in it and we feel it and we cry, we might have nightmares or what have you, because we are in that theta brainwave state and we're feeling it as if it's real. All right, so that's kind of hypnosis 101, if you will.

Speaker 1:

So now the question becomes why do hypnosis? Why do we care about getting into this theta brainwave state? Well, it's really hard to make change in our lives. Whether it be habits you want to change, whether it be beliefs that you want some help with, whether it be phobias that you want to shift, it's really hard to make those changes on a conscious level.

Speaker 1:

That's why you know, for example, if you have a fear of spiders, you know the spider's not gonna, you know, kill you. I mean, they're okay, maybe if you're in Australia or something, but the average spider here in North America will not kill you. You know your everyday household spider. It's nothing to be afraid of, it's not going to bite you, it's just going to scurry away. But we have such some people have such a conscious fear of it, they freak out at the thought of a spider. Even if you have that and me talking about it now, your body might be reacting as if there's a spider right next to you. Even though if I were to, you know be your friend standing there, going. You know it's fine, the spider's not going to do anything to you. You know that on a conscious level.

Speaker 1:

But on a subconscious level, your brain, for whatever reason. Maybe there was a childhood experience, maybe it could even be a past life, what have you? Or maybe sometimes it was even a movie that you watched as a kid that had you get afraid of spiders, because you were in that theta brainwave state. That's why we need to access the subconscious mind to make these changes, because that's where we hold all these memories, all the beliefs, emotions, etc. And the conscious mind is kind of useless when it comes to creating change. So I'm going to be as bold to say that all change happens at the subconscious level. And so if we know that it happens at the subconscious level and that's why for years and years and years in this coaching business, I've been talking about affirmations, doing meditations, visualization that's all accessing the subconscious right and programming, and especially listening to affirmations, for example, when you're driving or walking, because you're in that relaxed state where your brain is absorbing it. But with hypnosis we can get you there like that, into this theta brainwave state, into your subconscious mind, so that we can create incredible changes. And that's why for things that you can see more kind of black and white with the effects of it, it can happen so quickly.

Speaker 1:

So, for example, people who want to quit smoking, it's very effective. I was watching this interview the other day by a top psychologist or they're interviewing this top psychologist and she said right out the gate she's like if I ever have someone that comes to me who's looking to quit smoking right away, I send them to hypnotherapist because the evidence you can't argue with it. Hypnotherapy works for quitting smoking. It helps with weight loss. It's extremely effective with pain management, things like phobias. You know, I used to have a phobia of needles. Now I don't faint anymore when I get needles. It's not that I would love to get a needle every day, but I'm not freaking out and my body isn't having this huge freak out reaction like sweating and getting faint and all that kind of stuff when I know I'm going in to get a needle.

Speaker 1:

So when we go into hypnosis, what you do is you bypass what's called the critical faculty. Now, what's the critical faculty? I like to think of it as like a bouncer, like a bouncer at a club, where it's that wall, the divide, if you will, between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. And that's why sometimes affirmations feel like they aren't working or you're at conflict with yourself because consciously you might be saying I am wealthy, I am happy, I am successful, I love selling, whatever it might be. But this critical faculty, like this bouncer with their arms crossed, standing at the door of your, of your subconscious mind, is going. Not a chance in hell, no way. Do you remember that time you did this and remember that time you freaked out when you had to go on stage and do X, y, z and all that kind of stuff. So this critical, critical faculty is very harsh on us and and and really is hard to get around in the conscious state. And so when we go into hypnosis we bypass this critical faculty. It's like we find like a little secret back door around it and we get to access the subconscious mind and do the reprogramming and literally rewire the brain. We're creating new neural pathways in the brain when we go into hypnosis and install new beliefs, habits, all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 1:

Now I know some people get kind of like scared of hypnosis because I know personally I've witnessed in real life stage hypnosis. So when I was in high school we had a hypnotist come in and he did stage hypnosis and you see that you see people literally on stage like clucking like a chicken or you know, like seeming like they're completely out of their minds and you're going oh my god, this seems like control. But here's the thing is that when you go into hypnosis, whether it be in a stage hypnosis setting or with a, with a private hypnotherapist like myself, you are in full control and you will not do anything that your subconscious mind doesn't want you to do, or even conscious mind for that matter. So for stage hypnosis, if you are going to a stage hypnosis show and you raise your hand to get up on stage, you know you're going to look like an idiot, right? So you have done that internal agreement of saying I'm okay. Like basically, you're saying to your subconscious mind we're okay with doing this, we're okay with clucking like a chicken and, uh, pretending that there's ants crawling all over us or whatever. It may be right, you were giving your brain that unconscious permission to go. Yes, we're willing to do this, we're totally okay with it.

Speaker 1:

When I saw the stage hypnosis show, I did not go up on stage and that's why people in the audience don't get into a trance, because they're actively observing and watching and and no mind control is happening. Like I said, nothing can happen to you outside of your own will. You are in full control and some people even would even argue that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, whether someone is guiding you through it, like myself we're going to do that in just a moment or you are literally doing self-hypnosis with yourself. It's all self-hypnosis, you are in full control, all right. So what does it feel like having a hypnosis session? It just feels like a really lovely meditation.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes it can be interactive if it's in a one-on-one setting, like sometimes I will have clients interact with me and talk with me while still in a trance and in this really deep, relaxed state. You can totally talk while it's in a trance. Just like you know, when you talk when you first wake up, you're kind of like uh, like people when they're in trance don't talk in their normal tone and normal speed and kind of cadence and that kind of stuff with their voice. When people are in trance and I am talking to a client in a one-on-one setting, it typically is slower, a bit more like um, probably lower in pitch. It's they're not quite themselves, just like when you first wake up in the morning. You're not like hello, how are you? You know, you're kind of like, uh, what's going on here? So you're in this relaxed state.

Speaker 1:

You might be in that kind of meditative state the whole time. Maybe you're interacting with a hypnotherapist, maybe you are moving. Sometimes you will move limbs, like you'll pretend that you're turning up a knob on something or turning off a switch or what have you, depending on the. You know what you're working on, so you might be moving. You know a finger or an arm, or raising something up or down, or opening your eyes and then closing it, so there is some physical interaction to it, sometimes, depending on what you're working on and how the hypnotherapist likes to you know work with you, but overall it just feels like a really lovely meditation, like that's what it's going to feel like.

Speaker 1:

You won't feel like you just went to sleep and woke up and have no recollection of it. That's sleeping and that's not what hypnosis is. I used to think that that was what it was Like oh, I'm going to go to sleep and they're just going to tell me all these things and I'm going to wake up and have no recollection. No, if you go to sleep, then you've gone to sleep and then you're out of hypnosis, right? You're in that delta brainwave state, which is the deepest brainwave state below theta. So we don't want you to go there, we want you to stay in theta. So that's why I actually like clients to sit up in a chair instead of lying down, so they are more alert and their brain won't naturally go. Ooh, we're going to go to sleep now and then actually fall asleep. You're just going to sleep of the nervous system, not the whole physical body. So that's what it feels like.

Speaker 1:

And then the last question I want to answer before we dive into our hypnosis session is what is it helpful for? Well, practically anything, literally. Like, unless it's like a severe mental health disorder, like we can't diagnose, um, mental anything, mental health. Like I can't say, oh, you have depression, you have anxiety, you have, um, whatever. We can't do any diagnosis. We can just help, support you in the best way. And even like, if there's something like an addiction that someone wants help with and that addiction could be alcohol or drugs, what have you? Hypnosis is really effective for that, but even still, we need to get your doctor's permission to work with you. So we're not doctors, we are not psychiatrists or anything like that, so we can't diagnose. But what it's helpful for is practically anything outside of the extreme.

Speaker 1:

But and here's the big but is you must want to change it. Whatever that may be, you must be the will the person coming to the session going? I want to change this. I'm willing to do whatever it takes. You know you can't kind of be like let me give this thing a try and see what it's like. No like, in order for hypnosis to be effective just like anything like if you, if you want to get healthier, if you want to pick up a new hobby, like if you want to start running, if you want to, um, get better at I don't know trivia, so you pick up reading different books and that kind of stuff, you have to want to make the change. You have to make that decision to say I'm ready and willing to do whatever it takes to create that change and get that result. So in the hypnosis world we call that threshold. You have to be at threshold, and so you know it's very ineffective.

Speaker 1:

If, for example, you're not able to do that, someone says you know, oh, my husband really wants to quit smoking. Can you get in touch with him? It's like, well, no, if he really wants to do it. A, he got to reach out to me and B, you can't be the person kind of like the middleman person doing it, like they have to be the person that wants to do it, that's willing to even get uncomfortable and pick up the phone or send the email and say, hey, I need help with this. So, and that's why the financial investment is also really important, because that's you going, I'm invested in this, not just let me just give this a little, go and see what happens.

Speaker 1:

So for me personally, hypnosis is an add-on, an extension of what I've been doing for years. I've been utilizing NLP neuro-linguistic programming with my clients. I've been using my intuitive abilities, my intuition, my energy healing abilities, and now I have this added tool of hypnosis to use with a client If I feel that it's going to be our most effective way to create the change that the client desires, most effective way to create the change that the client desires. So in my personal business, um, I'm going to be using it for money, mindset and success, success, growth and perhaps, um it could be used for things like procrastination or having more focus or, um, feeling more like freedom in your day. Maybe you're stressed all the time with, maybe you are doing quite well in your business or what have you, but you're like stressed out all the time and anxious, and that kind of stuff. So in my, in my world, in my field, I'm going to be using it for these success driven women who want support in helping them live their best lives. Maybe it could even be like releasing some guilt that they have.

Speaker 1:

It doesn't all have to be, you know, money related, but money is a huge. It's a huge topic and area of our life that can have a lot of emotional baggage, a lot of limiting beliefs, and so hypnosis is so effective for shifting these beliefs. In particular, our family money paradigm. That is one of the most influential factors around your money that exists is what you were brought up in, the environment you were, and how your parents or whoever took care of you interacted with money, what their experience was like, because you would have observed that, taken it in and between the age of zero to seven, that's what we call an NLP, the imprint period, where you're, like this sponge, absorbing all this information, kind of making sense of the world, creating beliefs, creating these emotional attachments or non attachments to things, and so that's why your family money paradigm is so crucial to observe, work on, uncover, dissect, if you will, so that you can create your own money paradigm that is empowering to you and supports you with the growth that you desire to see, that is empowering to you and supports you with the growth that you desire to see.

Speaker 1:

So, before we dive into our guided visualization, there's one last thing that I want to mention about the conscious and the subconscious mind, and I had talked about it earlier, about the two being in conflict and how sometimes we're kind of like wondering why we're not doing the thing that we know we should be doing. Well, here's the thing. I'll give you a personal example and then I'll give you a money example that you might be able to resonate with. So, like I said earlier, procrastination has been a thing for me since as long as I can remember, where I consciously know, like Emily, just just go do the thing now. But I can't even remember in my university days like leaving a paper that was due until the very last night to work, like to even start it, not even just work on it to start on it, and pulling an all nighter to get it done and passed in, and just being like, why did I do that to myself?

Speaker 1:

Well, here's what I've uncovered over the years is that, on a subconscious level, I had these beliefs that if I procrastinate, if I leave it to the last minute to do it. A I'll get it done faster because I won't have time. Not to do it, it's just like you have to get it done now. B and I'll be more creative because it's just like I don't have time to be like, well, is this a good idea? Is that a better idea? It's just like I'll be more creative, I'll get it done faster. I'll be more focused because I won't have time for distractions, and so, on a subconscious level, procrastination was a great thing. I get focused, I get it done quickly, I get creative.

Speaker 1:

It reminds me of the time that I wanted to write a poem for my dad's 70th birthday and I had left it till literally his birthday to do what. We were going out to dinner that night and under normal circumstances it would take me days, if not weeks, to write a poem. But I was committed to writing this poem and that morning I got up and I was like Emily, you're writing this poem Because I just had this vision of me delivering this poem to him and it being this really special moment, and I still, to this day, I'm in shock with myself. Some miraculous way, within a few hours, I pulled together this really beautiful, thoughtful poem for my dad's 70th birthday and that just kind of gave that procrastination pat on the back of like see, you did it. You were really creative, you were really focused, you've got it done in a short amount of time. If you didn't procrastinate you'd take weeks to do this and that would just be a waste of time.

Speaker 1:

So do you see how the two conflict Right now from a money perspective? And there's, like my God, hundreds, if not thousands of different conflicts or you know inner conflicts that you can have. But I'll use one of this family money paradigm where, if you really want to make more money could be, you know, monthly increase you want to have. It could be annual salary you want to increase, it could be more sales you want to have, whatever it might be. Say, consciously, you're like I want to make more money, damn it, but you just can't seem to get there, for whatever reason.

Speaker 1:

Well, on a subconscious level, perhaps a part of you knows that if you make more money and you get to that next income bracket, then you're going to surpass your parents. And if you have some sort of loyalty connection with your family, which a lot of people do, the last thing they want to do is come across as being disloyal or be pushed out of the tribe, so to speak, out of this fear that if they are making more money than their family, they're going to be an outsider Right. So, on a subconscious level, they're going oh, no, no, no, no, no, you can't be disloyal, you can't make your parents feel bad for not making as much as you and you going off and making that money and being like, see, you could have done it. Mom and dad, you know, even though you're not actually saying that, you know a subconscious level, there's this feeling of I will be pushed out of the tribe, I will be disloyal, I will be judged, made fun of what happened. What have you?

Speaker 1:

And at a very primal level, our brain goes no, no. Brain goes no, no, no, no. We can't do that. We gotta stick to the tribe, we gotta be loved, we gotta be accepted. You know, because years and years and years ago that's what you had to do to survive. If you were the outsider, you were kicked out of the tribe and you probably were left to perish and die because you didn't have people to help you with shelter and food and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 1:

So it's a very primal instinct within us to want to belong. So when we have these conflicts where we feel like we're not going to belong if we have more money, just as an example, then we're going to be like kind of scratching our heads going what the hell is going on here, why can't, I seem, to make more money? Or maybe if you do make more money, then you lose it all and you're back to square one again because of the subconscious belief. So that's kind of the hypnosis 101. And I'm like making a big arching motion with my arms here because I'm like it's this big bubble of. This is hypnosis in a nutshell. If you have any questions, reach out to me on Instagram, at emilykingca, or just email me. Emily at emilykingca.

Speaker 1:

I will say this before we dive into the guided visualization is if this intrigues you and you are ready, you're at that threshold of creating change in your life, well, reach out, because I'm now taking clients working one-on-one with them, not only in my typical coaching capacity, but now we have this added element of hypnosis to really create long, lasting, effective, efficient, quick changes in your life. Not to say that you know it's going to be a get rich quick thing or anything, but it is a very effective way of creating changes very quickly in your life. Okay, without further ado, whenever you're ready, you're going to get comfortable. You're going to have your legs uncrossed, your feet and hands not touching. You're going to have your palms facing down and you're going to get comfortable. You can lie down. If you think you're going to fall asleep, then sit up. Do not do this while driving or, you know, operating any machinery like anything like that, nothing where you are putting others at risk or yourself at risk in going into this visualization. So get yourself in a quiet place Once again, hands and feet uncrossed, hands facing down in your lap, and we'll get started.

Speaker 1:

So, in this comfortable position, I'd like you to take a deep breath in and hold it at the top and exhale, taking another nice deep breath in and exhale and on the next breath in, you're gonna keep your eyes open, nice and wide, looking up to the ceiling, and as you exhale, you can let your eyes close, relaxing the head, neck and shoulders as you let them drop down to a comfortable position, breathing in and out, noticing the feeling in your jaw, just noticing if you can let it just relax a little deeper, taking note of the sensation in your hands and your fingertips Perhaps what the temperature is like, is there any tingling in your fingers? And place your attention on your eyelids, relaxing your eyelids completely. Your attention on your eyelids. Relaxing your eyelids completely. Relax them so completely that, as long as you don't remove the relaxation, they won't work. You are in control and in a moment I'm going to have you test those eyelids and I don't want you to test them until you are certain they will not open. I want you to test those eyelids on the count of three One, two, three. Test it, you can try. Good, now stop testing and just let your eyelids relax even more.

Speaker 1:

Go deep and relaxed and allow the quality of relaxation to wash over your entire body, from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes. And the more relaxed you feel, the deeper you go. The deeper you go, the more relaxed you feel. And in just a moment I'll begin to count backward from 100. And each time I say a number, I'm going to say the words deeper, relaxed, and I want you to focus on the number in your mind. You need not visualize the number, you just need to direct your attention to the number. I say making that number a burden that you want to get rid of, a burden you can get rid of by the time I get to 95 or sooner, and, as you do, notice how good you feel 100.

Speaker 1:

Deeper relaxed, 100, deeper relaxed. And the deeper you go, the more calm, the more secure, more comfortable you feel. 98, 97, deeper relaxed. 96, deeper relaxed, that's right. 95, deeper relaxed, pushing all the thoughts of all the numbers out of your mind and, as you do, noticing how good it feels. And if there's any reason they're not gone and I know they are for you they'll leave as I continue to talk, so you don't even need to be concerned about them in any way. Just continue now to focus on your breathing and notice how you can easily allow every gentle breath you exhale help you relax much more.

Speaker 1:

And in just a moment, and in just a moment, I'm going to ask you to open your eyes on the count of three. And when you do, you'll open your eyes, nice and wide, breathing in, looking up towards the ceiling, while your head can still stay nice and relaxed. And then I'll say one, two, three, sleep now. And you'll close your eyes, letting your head feel heavy, dropping down slightly towards your chest, humbling your head to your heart. And when I do this, this is your invitation to return to this pleasant state of mind, allowing your eyes to close and your body to go loose, limp and relaxed. Every time we do this, it will drop you down twice as deep so you can feel twice as good, twice as comfortable and twice as confident.

Speaker 1:

On the count of three, one, two, three, open your eyes, look up and eyes closed. Now Deep, sleep Once again. One, two, three. Eyes open, looking up and exhale, eyes closed, sleep now Deeper, relaxed, going twice as deep. One more time One, two, three. Open the eyes and exhale, eyes closed, sleep now. And in a moment I'm going to count from one to five and with each number that I count, allow yourself to relax so much with each number that by the time I get to five, you will have doubled your relaxation.

Speaker 1:

One relaxation is beginning to double. Twoation is doubling from your head down through your shoulders. 3. Relaxation is doubling throughout your torso, your arms, the base of your spine. 4. Your relaxation is almost doubled as it reaches down your legs.

Speaker 1:

5. Completely relaxed and doubled, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and imagine yourself awakening to a beautiful place, a beautiful enchanted forest with trees and maybe ponds, furry animals, birds With trees, and maybe ponds, furry animals, birds, beautiful flowers. And you explore this enchanted forest, making your way around it, maybe reaching down and picking a flower, maybe petting a cute little bunny that's there, just making your way around it, knowing that this is your safe place, a place where you feel totally at ease, totally comfortable and totally protected. And this place allows you to access your unconscious mind now to reveal to you whatever it is that you need to know to take the next step forward in growing your financial wealth. And your unconscious mind is so wise and brilliant and stores all memories, beliefs, understandings for you at the unconscious level and can bring to you easily and effortlessly all the information that your conscious mind needs to allow you to release and let go of what no longer serves you, with limiting beliefs around you and your money, helping you rewrite an empowering money paradigm for yourself.

Speaker 1:

So in just a moment I'm going to count you down from three all the way down to one and when I snap my fingers, as if by magic, in this enchanted forest in front of you is going to be revealed your money block. It could be someone personified as your money block. It could be a physical item that metaphorically represents whatever's blocking you. Whatever your unconscious mind brings to you is perfect for you. Maybe you'll see something, or maybe you'll just feel or have a knowing of what this is and, once again, whatever your unconscious mind brings to you is perfect for you.

Speaker 1:

So getting yourself in a position in this enchanted forest, standing and exhaling, and exhaling and three, two, one and look in front of you and notice what you see, notice what you feel and notice what you can now understand and know about what's been blocking you from growing your financial abundance, getting curious about it with absolutely no judgment, just complete observation and curiosity, and thanking it for showing up and revealing itself. Just complete observation and curiosity and thanking it for showing up and revealing itself so that you can transmute it into something that supports you. So I'll give you just a moment there now to feel it, maybe hear anything or see anything that's ready to be released. And if you don't see anything or feel anything, just know that on an unconscious level, you're getting exactly what you need. And in just a moment I'm going to count you down from three all the way down to one. And when I get to one, this old block is going to completely dissolve and my voice will guide you through this dissolve and my voice will guide you through this.

Speaker 1:

Three, seeing this old block move further and further away from you, starting to spin in whichever direction feels good to you, spinning and spinning and spinning. Two, spinning faster and faster, getting further and further away from you, shrinking, smaller and smaller and smaller. One and it completely dissolves. And notice how good you feel, notice how free you feel, notice how confident you feel with this old block completely dissolved. With this old block completely dissolved and you can feel free to put whatever you so desire in its place. That will empower you, that will help you grow and that will help you know that you're safe to grow your wealth, your income and your bank account.

Speaker 1:

And seeing yourself in your mind's eye as the most confident, financially wealthy version of you. Wealth beyond your wildest dreams. And feel how good that feels, saying to yourself it's safe for me to be wealthy, it's safe for me to have more. I am wealthy, I am wealthy. You are a wealthy woman, you are a confident woman. You have what it takes to do what it takes to grow your income with ease, with grace and with whatever creativity and flow. You so desire to support you along this journey. So allow a gentle smile to come to your face, bringing all these wonderful feelings with you as I emerge.

Speaker 1:

You now in just a moment, as I count you from one all the way up to five. And when I get to five, and only then you'll open your eyes, feeling refreshed, energized, financially free and the most wealthy you've ever felt. One, coming back into the present moment now, wiggling your toes and your fingers. Two, taking a deep breath in, letting the breath refresh and recharge you. Three, giving your shoulders a little wiggle as you come back into the room. Four, taking a deep breath in and exhaling on the count of five, as you open your eyes, feeling fantastic in every way wealthy, confident and ready to move forward. Take a deep breath in and exhale Wonderful job. You did absolutely amazing. Be proud of yourself and come back to this whenever you need it to help support you in releasing any blocks around money and your growth.
