Speaker 1:Hello and welcome to the Money and Miracles podcast with me, emily King. We call ourselves Rich Women over here because we are all about living the rich woman life inside and out. Let's do this, rich Woman. So, before we dive into this special gifted hypnosis audio, I do want to say a few things. One is this is obviously something that I had to make kind of generic. So having a one-on-one session can be so or not can be is so much more impactful because we get to actually converse and get to the root of what's blocking you around embodying success or more wealth or any money blocks coming up for you and really accessing that subconscious programming that's going on. That's in conflict with what you desire and it is. It can be very surprising of like what. I never knew. Speaker 1:Number two is why hypnotherapy works so well is because there's that saying and I'm going to butcher it a little bit here of essentially like you can't solve the problem from the same consciousness that created it. Right, if you're stuck in problem zone, if you're stuck in the beta wave state of your brain, which is, I think, of beta as the busy, busy brain activation. So there's four different levels of of brain activity, if you will, and the top layer, as I think of it, is the beta. That's our day-to-day consciousness, that's the busy state, that's a fight or flight, that's that can be the stress mode, the anxiety mode. And when we're trying to solve problems and talk through problems from that same state, it becomes very challenging because we're in the same state. Right, it's like standing outside in 30 degrees Celsius weather, saying I'm really really hot. I'm really really hot. Standing in the sun, saying I wish I could change this, but still staying in the same place. Right, like jump in the pool, go inside, find some air conditioning, get in your car and turn on the air conditioning if need be. You know, do something to change your state, change your environment, and then you can change the problem, right?
Speaker 1:So in hypnosis you get in this deep, relaxed state where you get into a theta brainwave state, where that's that state just before you fall asleep. So you're not asleep, but you're in that dreamlike state, where you're in that natural trance and natural trances happen all the time and you've you've encountered this already when you're in the shower, when you're driving, when you're doing something kind of rote like um, I don't know, maybe putting on your clothes in the morning. It's something you do every day, I hope. Um, so it's in these kind of mundane tasks that we can get into the state of natural hypnosis and that's why you'll often find that you're self-included. And you've probably heard people say this like oh, I had this light bulb moment or I had this brilliant idea come to me when I was driving in the car or when I was in the shower or when I was out for a walk. Why? Because you are in a different state. You're not in the beta brainwave state anymore, you're in the theta brainwave state, most likely, or at least alpha Okay. So your brain is in a much more calm, relaxed, responsive and receptive state and that's when we can access the subconscious mind and make all these changes that will last. So I'm fired up about this because anything can be resolved, anything can be solved, anything can be shifted through hypnosis, and so I just see it as a means for relieving pain for a lot of people, as a solution for so many people out in the world suffering needlessly, and so, for example, myself I used to have a phobia of needles, like it was so bad.
Speaker 1:So my first experience was when I got a vaccine. When I was in grade four we went to like the school gym, got our vaccine, went back to the classroom and next thing, you know, I'm passed out on the floor. Like just the thought of a needle would have me pass out. Pretty wild story is I got my ear pierced, like the top of my ear pierced years ago when I was a teen, and I changed the earring one day and then went back downstairs into the kitchen and just the thought of the fact that I had changed a hole in my ear had me pass out on the floor and I woke up with a huge bump on my head because I had hit my head off the fridge as I fell and passed out.
Speaker 1:So I used to have a huge fear of needles get like obviously faint, sweaty, all the things, and through hypnotherapy I literally had a vaccine yesterday, didn't flinch, and I was so proud of myself, I was so brave, I like went home and I told my husband I was like I had a vaccine today. I didn't even like cry or get like sweaty or anything or anxious, like it was easy peasy, nothing to it. So this is the power of hypnosis, because obviously something in my brain was programmed to say needles aren't safe, you need to panic, you need to faint, you need to like get out of here. The fight or flight was like in high alert and I did that subconscious programming to go no, no, no, we're safe. Because on a conscious level I was saying to myself Emily, you're fine, nothing bad is going to happen. Why are you freaking out? But it was like the two parts of me just could not come together until I did the hypnotherapy. So very glad to say that my needle phobia is gone, I can get needles now without fainting and I'm a very happy woman that I don't pass out anymore.
Speaker 1:So without further ado, I'm going to share this hypnosis audio with you. Speaker 1:Get yourself in a comfortable position, lying down or seated upright, allow your eyes to close and take a deep breath in and, as you exhale, just allow your body to settle, beginning to unwind and relax, and feel the weight of your body gently sinking down, releasing any tension, knowing that this time is just for you Now. With every breath, feel a wave of relaxation washing over you, beginning at the very top of your head. Beginning at the very top of your head. Feel your scalp softening, your forehead smoothing out, as all the muscles around your eyes release and relax. Let go of any tension in your temples, your cheeks. Feel your jaw soften, gently, unclenching and letting it rest comfortably. And with each breath, this relaxation flows down your neck and shoulders, letting go of any weight or tightness you may be holding there. Feel your shoulders dropping slightly, melting away any tension, and each breath you take releases more and more. Let this calmness spread across your arms. Feel it moving through your upper arms, down your elbows, down your forearms, your wrists and finally to each finger, where any last bit of tension simply melts away.
Speaker 1:Now bring your attention into your chest. With each breath in, imagine warmth and relaxation filling your chest, spreading through your heart and your chest becoming calm, your breath slow and steady, allowing that relaxation to flow down through your stomach, letting your belly soften, this calmness moving down your lower back, loosening any knots, any tension, spreading down through your hips and your thighs, down to your knees, your calves, allowing them to unwind and release. And now let that calmness flow through your ankles, down to your feet and all the way to your toes. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, fully at peace, as every part of your body rests comfortably, tension free. Now, as I count down from 10 to 1, let yourself drift even deeper with each number, allowing the relaxation to deepen and settle into every part of you, knowing that each number brings you closer to a place of profound relaxation and calmness. Starting with 10. Feeling a wave of relaxation flowing through you, settling deeper. 9. Sinking further, feeling lighter and more at ease. 8. Further feeling lighter and more at ease. Eight each number guiding you into even greater calm. Seven noticing the quiet stillness within. Six feeling calm, peaceful and at ease. Five knowing this is your time to fully relax and let go. Four drifting deeper, feeling serene and at peace. And three two almost there and one Completely at peace, calm and deeply relaxed. And every time I click my fingers you'll go twice as deep, relaxing twice as deep.
Speaker 1:Now sinking even deeper and deeper into your unconscious mind, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and embody and reprogram that which guides you closer and closer to your dreams and desires. Now imagine that you're standing on a beautiful path. This path is safe, it's peaceful and it leads directly to your dreams and goals. Feel the quiet excitement, knowing that this is your path and it was made just for you. And as you look ahead, notice a doorway, a doorway that represents the moment your dreams and goals are fulfilled. As you approach, place your hand on the door, noticing what the door handle feels like in your hand, the temperature, the shape, and take a deep breath, feeling a wave of confidence moving through you and now open the door and step through, and, as you do, you are instantly transported to a place where you have already achieved all that you desire.
Speaker 1:Feel this moment, the feeling of having arrived, of being exactly where you've always wanted to be, and allow yourself to explore this place. Notice the details, what you see around you, the sounds, the details. What you see around you, the sounds, the sensations, letting this experience be as vivid and as real as possible. This is your life, your reality. You are living the dreams that you once imagined and, in this moment, allow your unconscious mind to recognize that you are already here. And as I click my fingers, your unconscious mind fully understands that this is your reality now Arranging all the reprogramming and the subconscious reprogramming so that all you desire is present right now. It's not a distant goal. It's here now and you're enjoying every part of this journey. Part of this journey, and take a deep breath in.
Speaker 1:Notice how calm, fulfilled and at ease you feel, and this deep, unwavering knowing that you are exactly where you need to be. The universe is aligning everything for you and there's a powerful sense of certainty and confidence within you. You feel it as a truth that's already yours. You know that this life is inevitable, unfolding for you perfectly, step by step, and you enjoy every moment of it. You savor every experience, every new day, fully embracing the entire journey, and feel into that sense of knowing, feel the difference between hope and knowing, and notice how the knowing fills you with peace, patience and gratitude. Each step you take, every effort you make is bringing you closer to the fullness of this vision. Every effort you make is bringing you closer to the fullness of this vision and with each step you feel the joy of living your dreams as though they are already here and as you stand here already having achieved what you once desired.
Speaker 1:I'd like you to think back on the journey that brought you here and notice how far you've come, all the steps you took, all the growth along the way, realize that every moment, even those that felt like challenges, was part of the beautiful, inevitable path to this place. You feel grateful for the process, knowing that each step brought you closer. There was never a gap between you and this life. It was always on its way and you were always moving toward it. Allow yourself to feel immense appreciation for the journey and for the present moment. You are in a state of gain, recognizing all that you've accomplished and feeling excitement for each moment that lies ahead.
Speaker 1:Now, take a deep breath and place your hand over your heart. Feel this moment of fulfillment, of knowing, and anchor it within you. Now, anytime you want to reconnect with a sense of arrival and certainty, you can place your hand on your heart, take a deep breath and remember that your dreams are already here and everything is unfolding perfectly. Breathe in this deep sense of peace and ease, letting it fill your entire being, and when you awaken, you will feel confident and certain, knowing that your dreams and desires are already done. You'll feel that sense of knowing within you, carrying it forward into your life as if you are there now and now.
Speaker 1:It's time to gently return to the present. As I count up from one to five, you'll bring back all these feelings of confidence, patience and knowing within you, feeling renewed and aligned with your vision. Starting with one beginning to bring your awareness back to the room around you. Two feeling a sense of energy returning to your body. Three, feeling your fingers and toes gently moving, bringing you back. Four, taking a deep breath, feeling completely refreshed. And five, wide awake, feeling renewed, confident and ready to move forward with a sense of knowing and trust.
